It tastes good

Honestly would be better without the Stevia as it gives it an artificial sickly sweet flavor comparable to a diet energy drink. Really I don't see the need for including Stevia and also the research on the health effects of Stevia are poor but have been linked to kidney damage so that has me uncomfortable consuming the product everyday.

Good taste and works well in any smoothie or as a drink on its own. Helps with circulation as advertised.

My Blood Pressure has been better and less palpitations

This is powerful stuff! I take it every morning in my protein coffee drink. I t definitely helps with my digestion, along with the Kimchi One. I highly recommend them both. The taste is a little sour, but between my coffee and the other good stuff in my drink, I don't notice it too much.
